Technical draftsman / construction draftsman (m/f/d)

This is what awaits you:
- Recording, digitization and maintenance of the existing buildings or technical systems and site infrastructure
- Creation and comparison of inventory documents in the construction and technical areas
- Recording and incorporating technical or structural changes into the inventory plans
- Participate and support the architects and engineers in the creation of design concepts as well as in the planning and implementation of conversion and new construction projects
- Viewing and checking documentation documents
What you should bring with you:
- Successfully completed training as a technical draftsman, architectural draftsman or comparable qualification
- Very good knowledge of commercially available software (preferably 3D civil AutoCAD, AutoCAD, Revit), ideally also in 3D modeling to create BIM models
- Good knowledge of German and English is a mandatory requirement
- Work and residence permit for Germany available or citizenship of an EU country
