Pre-Construction Team Coordinator (m/f/d)

This is what awaits you:
- Administrative support for Tender and Procurement Works, such as issuing ITT(Invitation to Tender), Following up with Sub-contractors, Saving data in CDE (Common Data Environment)
- Producing statistics of information from Tender and Procurement
- Support for Pre-construction team works
- Administrative support for Design team’s work, such as Design-tracker update, Document Control, Monitoring updates on CDE.
- Maintain Software (Listing and Tracking)
- Anticipate Team members needs to provide proactive support
- Assisting with general office duties for Frankfurt
What you should bring with you:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English and German
- Keen attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and proactive attitude
- Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Work and residence permit for Germany available or citizenship of an EU country
