For our Project on construction side, currently Frankfurt am Main Area, we are looking for a full-time position starting immediately.
Pre-Construction Coordinator (m/f/d)

This is what awaits you:
- General administration to support all pre-construction activities
- Printing and translating drawings (German to English)
- Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
- Manage and organise documentation
- Assist with tender documentation
- Creating and updating technical submittals
- Producing and collating sub-contractor information
- Compliance for staff on site
- Monitor and update documentation
- Manage registers
- Check data
- Answering calls
What you should bring with you:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both German and English)
- Computer literate to include working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Good telephone manner and organisational ability
- High attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and action concurrently
- A team player but able to work with minimal supervision
- Honest and reliable and must work well under pressure
- Adaptable to change, approachable and conscientious and willing to take ownership of tasks
- Committed and pro-active with adherence to quality
- Construction experience would be beneficial, although training will be given
- German driving allowance class B
- Work and residence permit for Germany available or citizenship of an EU country
