Junior Estimator (m/w/d)

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the Pre-Construction Director
- Assist the Estimating Team in the preparation of competent, professional and business strategy related tender submissions.
- Compile and maintain a database of construction outputscompared to tenderedproductivities
- Maintain compliance with businessgovernance related to tender adjudications and sign off
- Carry our regular checkson progress achievedon site. Compareoutputs assumed at tender stage with outputs achieved during construction
- Maintenance of tender log to informthe business about the status of currentand submitted tenders
- Assist live projects on commercial and technical changemanagement matters
- Take full responsibility of Invitation to Tenders, submissions and completions
- Attend meetings with the Pre-Construction Director(driving required)
Your Profile:
- E·Basic understanding of the fundamentals of construction
- Be able to document and organize a complex stream of information and paperwork quickly and efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Microsoft Project
- German driving allowance and happy to drive to meetings when required
- Sound and business fluent knowledge of English - German would be a plus
