EHS Advisor (m/w/d)

Duties and Responsibilities:
- You are involved in the active development of the EHS (environment-health-safety) culture and the management systems ISO 45001/14001
- You coordinate health, safety and environmental issues for a wide range of projects
- You support the teams on site in the role of health and safety coordinator
- Preparing health and safety plans for project construction sites
- Briefing employees of outside contractors (subcontractors), reviewing their documentation such as hazard assessments, etc.
- Supporting the organization in carrying out risk assessments and safety briefings
- Monitor health and safety at construction sites in accordance with the company's safety management system and government regulations/guidelines.
- Train employees on health, safety and environmental issues.

Preparation of monthly health and safety reports.
Your Profile:
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering / civil engineering, architecture, construction technology.
- Experience in construction projects an advantage
- In-depth knowledge of German legal and safety standards
- English and German spoken and written
- Work and work permit for Germany, mandatory requirement
