BIM Coordinator (m/w/d)

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Development of BIM Management system Coordination, creation, evaluation, analysis, and maintenance of internal and external BIM models
- Supporting external partners (consultants and subcontractors) in the implementation of BIM considering technical aspects.
- Organize and lead BIM coordination meetings
- 2/3D design documents, in BIM applications or in the creation and verification of BIM models
- Clash management of BIM lead with consultants and sub-contractors including
- CreateBEP (BIM Execution Plan)
- Review of client requirements regarding BIM management
- Technical support for the deliverable design package including As-built.
Your Profile:
- Practical professional experience in an architecture or engineering office or a construction company
- High affinity and willingness to test / introduce new BIM applications
- Experience in 3D drawing or 3D planning, in BIM applications or in the creation and testing of BIM coordination models is an advantage
- Ability to read / create drawings and specifications
- German and English language skills
